PA66 is a semi-crystal constructed plastic with higher melting point in polyamide material.PA66 can be still with strong strength and stiffness under high temperature. PA66 can be kept hygroscopicity after molding with level depending on the composition of material,thickness of parts and environmental conditions.The dimension stability caused by hygroscopicity should be considered during product design stage.In order to improve the mechanical properties of PA66,it usually will be added different kinds of modifiers.Glass fiber is one of the most common additives.Sometimes, add synthetic rubber to improve the property of impact resistance.
PA66 is widely used in automotive,instrument housing and other accessories required impact resistance and high strength, such as batten of skates,medical instruments, gear,water tank bracket, automotive gear shift bracket,engine accessories,charging pile connector and etc.
